Create your profile

Users should create their portfolio that will allow the brand to know a little bit more about themselves. Brands, build a profile explaining your product and what you are about that will help connect you with the right people for the right kind of UGC content.

pitching and collaborating

Upon approval of a Brand's collaboration request, a payment link will be sent via khaa-lo for the deposit, ensuring timely payments to Users. Brands must complete the payment within 24 hours for paid collaborations. Gifting collaborations will go live immediately but may receive lower User engagement priority. Users in gifted collaborations will also make a refundable deposit equal to the gift's value, with any platform fees communicated before the collaboration starts.

We believe creators deserve to be paid fairly for their work. khaa-lo ensures secure payments, clear deliverables, and easy collaborations between indie food & beverage brands and content creators.

How It Works

✅ Payments are secured – Brands pay upfront, and khaa-lo holds the funds until deliverables are met.
✅ You get paid, guaranteed – Once your content is approved, funds are released to your account.

platform fees

To keep the platform running smoothly and ensure timely payments, khaa-lo charges a small service fee.

For Brands:

💰 Brands deposit payment upfront, ensuring creators get paid without delays.

💰 For free/gifting collabs, Brands pay the platform fees based on the value of the goods they are providing (1 creator is free, 10% up to 5 creators, and 20% for up to 10 creators). Eg: a free/gifting collaboration for 5 creators with a value of $40/creator worth of product would have a platform fee of $16. And that's all you have to pay.

For Creators:

🔹 A 10% platform fee is deducted from your final payout. This covers transaction costs, platform maintenance, and secure payments.

We value fair and transparent compensation—no hidden fees, no last-minute changes.

🔹 Creators pay a refundable deposit for free/gifting collabs equal to the value of the product they receive. The deposit is returned within 14 days of submitting the deliverables to the brand.
